This is the 2nd complaint that I am putting on this site... You were very quick to respond to the previous complaint, and I have heard nothing since querying me about which ATM I used to withdraw money which I still have not received. The reference number give 52803863. I have just been told that they have relogged the query, because... and this is the part that really grates me... The original query was logged at the wrong dept??? Seriously?? I have no fuel in my car, I have 2 kids. What if I didn't have family to assist me?? I wonder how I would have been able to feed my girls?? We are nearing 2 weeks and who knows how long it will still take. I would really appreciate it if someone with some AUTHORITY could assist me in getting this matter handled quickly. Before I am forced to take it further.
