Bought electricity but no token received

I bought electricity using cellphone banking on the 27th of August, I did 2 transactions of R150 each, and R300 was deducted from my account, but I only received 1 electricity token of R150, but didn't get the other one. I called on that very same day to lay a complaint and I was given a reference number of 9518861 and told that my query will be resoved in 24 to 48 hours by their admin department. It's the 30th today, still no response. I called thsi morning and teh consultant told me that the matter was escalated to the electricity authority concerned and they haven't responded and they don't know how long the matter will take, they'll wait for them and no one is prompting them to resolve this, what if i have to wait for a week, or a month or a year? Why was I told that the query will be resolved in 48 hours max and why didn't someone call me after that 48 hours to at least let me know that the matter is still being investigated. I bought electricity through Capitec and I don't understand why they are not taking the initiative to solve this matter with the electricity service provider concerned. I have been a capitec client for more than a decade. Please assist!!!
