We bought a Techno Save device which is connected to the geyser that was suppose to save electricity. We were told we had until December 2012 to test the device to see what they told and showed us if the savings are true or not. We have tested it for the period which they gave us which was the date above. We were dissatisfied and we contacted them to remove the device and cancel the contract with in the period they gave us. We contacted them in December 2012 to come and remove the device on which they told us their is no technician available to do so. But in the same period of time December 2012 their reps contacted my son for an appointment on which they told him that they can install a device within 7 working days if he should buy one. ( My question is how can they install a device within 7 days if their is no technician available) We try to contact them numerous times but with no satisfaction. Today is the 13 th of August 2013. We have yet again try to make contact with their JHB branch and the phone just keep on ringing engage for a couple of ring tones and the voice on the phone say number does no63t exist. I would just like the be device removed and the contract cancelle
