SIX WEEKS to pay out for ONE DAY IN HOSPITAL???

Hi Lawrence, I faxed my claim to you on the 14th of March already, but I still have not been paid out. Could you please follow up for me urgently and give me some feedback? Policy Number 19495729361600. Ir appears you guys hang on to the money till the last second, while we suckers paying R143pm for years already and then puts in a small claim (1 day) because of a tummy bug, has to wait and be at your mercy!!
Why are there even insurance companies in the blooming world??? They all!! Because as soon as it comes to paying out, GONE is that nice person who sold you the policy and promising you the sun, moon and stars!! YOU Lawrence has 24 hours to fix this. And I want (NEED) that money in my account.
