Claim not paid

On 05/12/2012 I submitted a claim for in-hospital stay and up to now its not proccessed. There is ashortfall that the Medical aid's not paying that need to be paid. After countless long-waiting phone calls and forms resubmitted they claimed to deposited the money in my bank account on the 18/01/2013.After investigating i found it not to be true and contact them once again. This time a person by the name of Lawrence promised to proccessed the claim but we have to call back in 5 days time. This to me is unacceptable as i pay my premiums every month and are entitle to prompt service.
