Deducting more than what they quoted

I got a quote from outsurance for my vehicle after they gave me the quote and I accepted the quote they deducted more than what they said to me after I phoned them twice before the debit order went off, but when the debit order went of it was more than what they told me. Sorry to say it was the first debit order and they already did not what they told me, sorry I will never ever tell anybody about you rather what I experienced. Consider me not one of your clients ever again.
