Standard Bank has high call volumes - ALWAYS

Try reporting a card that was taken by a Std Bank ATM. You will be told that there are high call volumes - strange that this only happens when i call - not at most other times. So look fwd to 15 to 20 min of waiting then get told that you have to be put through to card division. Immediately protest because this means another 15 to 20 min wait - but remember your protest will not be heared. Stunning service and support from Standard sorry Bank, once again!!!
