I firstly good service from the sales consultant but only to realise that the incorrect car was captured he captured a normal polo instated of 1.4 trend line 5 door.so my premium changed from R 980 to R1400 that I had no choice but to accept as I was at the dearlers floor.non the less a received a lower premium and moved over to the other insurer. My agreement with miway was that they will continoue to cover me from the 18th of april to 30 April.so they agreed with me that the prorata will go off on the 22nd of april today its the 23rd and they still haven't debited me I have made sure that the are funds available in my account as I was advised that it would take 3 workings days to collect.when I called to find out I get different storys from different consultants some say I covered some say I am not covered.some I finally asked to speak to the manager who's I was adviced by a consultant in client service that his name is NIMROD MABENA the manager refused to speak to me I got my car inspected and I am still not covered. I would never never in my life ever to business with people they are very unprofessional the manger doesent even take responsibilitie.
