My monthly Miway debit order that goes off on the 5th of each month did not go off on 5 July 2013. After the 8th i phoned Miway to find out what is going on. After speaking to a consultant and holding on for a long while I received a sms saying my query has been escalated to their technical department. The next day I received a sms that I should phone Miway in connection to my premium query. I phoned Miway and they told me they will phone me back, when i asked them if my car was insured at that time they could not tell me. After another day and no phone call received I phoned MiWay yet again. They put me through to a consultant that told me they had a system error and they will run the debit order again. When i asked if my car is covered at the moment i was told that my car will be covered when Miway receive my premium. The amount they will take will be the full amount and I was told I will receive a grace period for insufficient funds and this was not the issue seeing that there were enough funds. How can I pay the full amount when my car was not covered for 6days and counting? Very disappointing service and wasted airtime on their mistake and still no issue resolved...
