MFC Horrible service & empty promises

After settling an outstanding amount on a vehicle financed with them & 2 weeks of constant calling to their customer services call centre, I am still without the vehicles original registration papers. I have been given all excuses ranging from courier company in backlog, to overwhelming deliveries. I was assured after the 1st call that the papers will be delivered by courier within 5 working days & 2 weeks later I am still calling them for status updates. This is most definitely the last time I will ever do business with this company whose MO is to feed you all kinds of & giving you the run around.
