Bad service, causing loss of income

EEC has repaired/replaced and serviced my machines more times than can be counted.
However each and every single weekend the machines go down and I am left to let my customers who don't have cash down. I would like to add I appreciate the company coming out to repair etc. However a limit on BAD QUALITY SERVICED HAS BEEN REACHED. You can't keep failing and coming to fix. I lose business.
I constantly get verbally abused by customers who do not realize this service in not completely in my hands.
I have called several times only to be met by hostility when I voice my complaints. Completely unprofessional. Excuses and errors code stories DO NOT FIX MY MACHINE.
While the company might think its customers have time to engage in poultry spats on the telephone with badly trainined staff, I can assure you that I don't.
I pay THOUSANDS of Rands directly from my turnover and hard work for a service that is NOT being delivered. The machines are unreliable, and it is virtually impossible to get contact details of higher management.
All I want is what I was promised, and I also want a good service where I don't have to apologize to people for other peoples bad business services.
