Claimed with on the15th, to date no one has gotten back to me regarding the claim or to acknowledge if they have received the Documentation they requested, the only person who called me @ night was a Mr Mazibuko who asked if there were any camera's @ the gym.really isn't that suppose to be part of your investigation, call the gym and not me!!! I have forwarded an email to Thapelo to send me the policy info as I haven't received it, but he also failed to do so yet he insisted they we forwarded to me. Is this how you work with your clients, no correspondence or feedback AT ALL, THIS IS DISAPPOINTING? ALSO CALLED on Friday the 19th to VERYIFY IF Thapelo has received the requested doc, to my surprise the lady assisting me confirmed that Pedro is assigned to this claim and will contact me, when I asked for her name she just dropped the line. Am I paying for such nonsensical attitude? Am going to cancel my car insurance with you people, I stayed with 1st for Women knowing that you people over charged me for my car insurance, really now am still paying for that insurance even if my car is parked. I was glad to do so... And that amount can cover my 2 cars. I thought you were credible..
