I recently wrote a report about a transaction that was refunded and then reversed. I was told that this would reflect in next months statement. It has reflected this month and now I am over my credit limit as a result, and have to pay a penalty. Here is a copy of the email sent to me by Mr Rugan on the 10th of THIS month (April 2013) :

Dear Mr K Eriksen

We regret that your account has been credited with an amount of R500.00 on 27022013. Your account will be debited with this amount. The amount will appear on next month's account statement.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

This amount was actually debited on the same day I got the email. If I had known that or received an sms to that effect I would have seen to it that I had enough available to cover it. I really have had enough now. I want this reversed immediately, including penalties. I still have not heard feedback on my previous complaint about the transaction in question. It really is disgusting service which the greater public needs to know about.
