Wesbank / FNB incorrect VAT charging

I was unemployed and Wesbank was giving me a hard time with regards to my outstanding balance on my vehicle. I arranged with Wesbank and sold my vehicle privately, My arrangement was then to settle the balance due. Now fighting for about 6 months plus as they charged me VAT and officially communicated that they reposed, valuated and sold my car. Yet I have all the proof that this is wrong. Furthermore Wesbank cant provide any documentation for their claim. So no proof of who reposesed, valuated or sold the car. Only 2 letters with Wesbank logos confirming they did it all... Never mind the fact that I have all my proof in place, timeline, names, emails, documentation that proof differently.
Wesbank instruct me to go to the Ombudsman, who escalated the complaint to FNB (first Step), result... NO Action, I went back to the Ombudsman and it was done again, with reference numbers, result again the same, I contacted the Ombudsman again but after two mails no response...
I believe the next step for me is to actually go to court, contact Carte Blanche and report this to SARS (As VAT was charged without any tax invoice - so how will it be paid over to SARS?).
