OVER A MONTH AND STILL NO RESPONSE

I live in JHB, i recieved an incontact sms from FNB advising that a purchase of R604.25 was deducted from my gold credit card and the place was near harrismith, I called 087 575 9406 right away to cancel my card as this was a transaction and while i was on the phone with cancellations another transaction took place of R526.95.
10April 2013
I emailed all relevant docs to [Email Removed] i then called 087 575 9444 to ensure my docs where recieved, a agent advised that both transactions were declined in time so the funds never came off my acc and i didnt need to send dispute
12April2013
Both amounts did come off my gold credit card acc and reflected on my statement, i called 087 575 9444 again and was advised to send docs through to CCfrauddocuments which i did for the 2nd time
22April2013
i called 087 575 9444 as i have recieved no response nor has the funds been reversed, i was advised to email Trevor Joseph, which i did straight away! (3rd time)
Its now over a month and i still havent received any feedback, nor has the funds been reversed!!
IF I DONT RECIEVE FEEDACK FROM THIS COMPLAINT IN 24HRS I WILL TAKE IT UP WITH THE OMBUDSMAN
