I have requested my tax certificate on numerous occasions as SARS wants proof. i call 3 times a day everyday for the last 4 days and they keep telling me it's on it's way. one consultant tells me they are experiencing problems. You are waisting an hour of my day everyday and putting me in a situation with SARS and delaying my AFFAIRS. I WANT MY CERTIFICATE! Send a driver if that's what it takes. absolutely pathetic
