About a month ago I fell and damaged my phone. I filed a claim form. After 4 phone calls where I was on hold for a average of 40 min each wich I have to pay the bil, I was told claim was approved. I had to pay an excess before they woul pick up the phone, wich I did more than n week ago. It is going for a month since the claim form was received by them and I still have the phone. They do not respond to my emails an I cannot afford to spend hours on my cellphone trying to speak to a consultant. Never again, after this contract expires I will insure my phone with my broker. Never again with the phone company.and never ever ever agiain with these skelms. Please beware do know these people will drive you up the walls.
