Towards the end of last year, my gate motor and then thepool pump decided to retire within a very short
time of each other. This was due to the severe storms experienced at the time. I logged the claims which
were handled by Normentha Reddy and after an assessor was sent to assess the damage, the claim was
finalised. Awsome, Then in January 2013 after a huge hail storm, a canvas awning was shredded. Once
again I contacted Out, an assessor was sent and again the claim was paid out. However a problem arose after removing the canvas, the wooden frame fell apart, and Ideal Awnings was unable to carry on with the repair. Again I contacted Out and received the same awsome service. After investigation a new frame was approved. I have always had this exceptional service during the 11 years I have been a client. Thank you
Out and Normentha, you made the process of my claims completely STRESS FREE. you certainly 'bent over backwards for me.' I am pleased that I have introduced friends and family to Out over the years.
