I would like to place on record my sincere thanks to Outsurance for their efficient service I received. Having heard about the copper pipes being at my property on friday, 07/09/2013, I was extremely stressed and worked up. I called Outsurance on saturday, 08/09/2013. I was so satisfied after speaking to Normentha Reddy, who assured me that everything will be taken care of. Her tone of voice and her understanding of the situation was most amazing. She was just a 'breath of fresh air'.
Normentha immediately informed me about the plumber and assessor who was attending to my house. Immediately I was contacted by Zipp Plumbers and the assessor, Hannes who also was extremely efficient and helpful.
Thank you to Outsurance for excellent service. And I will certainly recommend Outsurance to my family and friends.
