Unethical business practise

While searching for a loan, I came across the website of Loan Finder SA. The site seemed legit and I entered my details until I came to the portion where I had to submit my banking details. This did not make sense as I was not taking a loan with them. I decided to investigate further and came across all the complaints on HelloPeter. I returned to the website and discovered in the fine print that when you apply, you have to consent to some legal service insurance and credit information at R350. If you don't consent, you can't submit the application. This is surely an unetical business practise because people who apply for a loan is in need of money and definately not interested in paying R350 for these services. The website should be closed down and declared an undesired business practise by the Minister in the Government Gazette. I will see to this. Now I receive sms'e that I was pre-approved for R100 000. Please don't send me any more sms'e and just know that you will not get your hands on my banking details.
