2nd credit card "accidentally" opened

I opened a credit card account with ABSA late last year, received my card and have been using it, only to find out today that a second card was also opened and I have been charged monthly fees on it since last year. I am appalled!!!

When I complained to the credit card division, I was told that I need to go into the bank that it was opened in and speak to the manager. Why should I waste my time and petrol on ABSA's ups?
