Harrasment and debiting without my consent

I have two loans with FNB with a combined balance o R3000. i have been unemployed for over a year. then late Jan2013 I advised themthat i am employed again& that i can only start paying on april 25 after 3mnths as i am in sales &would have settled down by then & through my probation. thats when the harrasment started... 3 to 4 calls a day from different people!!! i would tell them that i cannot commit on an amount since i dont know how the sales will pay but can commit to a payment... nooo! that was insufficient for them... eventually i said R100 per loan which is R200 on 25 April... on the 13th April I took a salary advance for groceries &stuff for my 11month old... from R1500 i was left with R1200 after charges... paid for childs transport and had R1000 left they then took R823 from my account without consulting with me! went to the branch to ask them to refund atleast half for food, they refused! now the calls have started again today 3 calls already from different people!! im getting called by FNB & "their attorneys" imagine. was i wrong by letting them know? was i wrong by chosing to stay with them &not change my banking details? why are they helping themselves to my money?
