Still waiting on delivery!!!

Have been waiting for my I pad to be delivered for a week now in addition to the two weeks for the order to be processed. i called the courier company (Enginuity) that delivers on behalf of FNB apparently they cant track whether it has been dispatched or not? they are just a middle man they deliver with RAM. Im so, FNB claims "how can we help you" yet im following up and tracking and not getting feedback from them. The first debit order for the ipad is in the next 48hours yet I DO NOT HAVE THE DEVICE!!! i urge anyone who reads not to order any devices with FNB, its hassle to get it and you wait without any feedback. This is epic BAD service!!!
