You need to do your job right

Approximately April March 2011 I took out a loan & a credit card with African Bank at their Claremont branch. Now with that I had insurance cover as well. In September same year I got retrenched from my job. I informed them about this & they assurred me that the insurance I was paying for will cover the balance on my loan & credit card. Now about April 2012 they started deducting from my bank account again & when I querried this with them they advised me that they don't have my letter of retrenchment & that I need to fax it again to them. I advsied them that I gave them the original letter as I had no other debt besides them. They advised me that they will investigate it & get back to me however they continued taking money from my bank account & I kept reversing them. Then I started getting calls from lawyers while waiting for their investigation & I told the lawyers the same thing. They're still deducting money from my account & only found out last month that I can't reverse them any more because the bank requires proof that they're not suppose to. This is a frustration to me because I have a baby on the way now & I'm trying to save as much as I can for it & they still haven't giv
