My payments not updated

I recently started receiving calls from Dmc in regard to Standard bank loan account saying they have not received payment from April, I spoke to a lady names Rerolga and emailed her Team leader proof of payments from March up until Sep as proof that I have been paying on a monthly basis, my account was with Daly attorneys and in March my balance was R5400 and now Dmc says my balance is R8000 how does that happen if I'm paying this debt every month but the balance just ballooned... Rerolga assisted me and promised me that the amount will be corrected, but to my surprise today I called the call centre for banking details to pay for this month, to my surprise the balance still reflects the R8000... Can someone pls assist as the money I paid from March is not recorded and I have provided proof of payment...
