Feedback on Loan Query

I took out a loan in 2006. Paid for a couple of months. was then out of a job. Got another job, started repaying, even though it wasn't the full amount. My account was then handed over to lawyers. The original loan amount was R10 000. In total up until now I have paid back just over R12 000.

Apparently the outstanding amount is now R22 000. I asked for a statement and an explanation of what the other charges on there are for... PA Charges and VAT PA Charges, in total alone amounts to R1500... I need to know what I'm being charged for, before I start making payment arrangements again... Sending me threatening SMSes while am not getting feedback from you is just not right...

Please can someone get back to me... with a reasonable outstanding balance so I can start paying back what I should, and not this rip off amount that you are currently demanding...

You are quick to lure us to take loans, but the after service leaves a bad taste in ones mouth, and now you want to even garnish my salary!!! I want this sorted out please. Its having a negative impact on my job offers...
