Outsurance Claims - What a JOKE!!!

I was hijacked on the 3rd of April. Today is the 22nd of April and NOT a word. Then now I get a call saying my car is coming off my policy? What about my claim???
Promised call backs last week by supervisors - nothing
Today my "claim consultant"calls me for the case number and then proceeds to ask me for my sisters number the one who was hijacked??? R U Kidding me.
