I took a loan on the 27092012 and I wanted to settle it sooner. The balance outstanding was way more than the amount that I took. This month is the final payment. I called the call centre to reduce my debit order for the final payment but they refused to do so. I asked for the contact details for the ombudsman, they couldn't even assist me with that. Ref number is 9587217, my account is 3 years in advance and these people are so pathetic.
