In February I received a call saying that my account is in arrears. When I asked how it is possible as you deduct the debit order from my account every month no one could give me an answer. I then asked for the settlement amount and was told that it is R1 528.92. I gave the instruction to deduct the full settlement amount from my account on the 26/02/2013, which was done. Today a debit order of R510.00 is deducted from my account. When I call to find out why I was told that my account still had a balance of R383.00. It was my understanding that the R1 528.92 was the full and final settlement and that the account would be closed. I want the account closed and the R510.00 that was debited today to be refunded IMMEDIATELY. I find this service disgusting and shocking. Please contact me to confirm that the payment will be refunded today!
