Smartphone order is a mess

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S3 via FNB. I have placed my order 1 March via phone. I phoned the following week (4th or 5th) they told me that the order has not been placed and that they will proceed with ordering the device. The same day, I helped a lady to order the phone as well. on this day someone from FNB contacted me to confirm my order. To my surprise she received her phone 3 days later, as I was told that the delivery takes 10-15 working days. I phoned FNB to find out how it works, they told me that it depends in which area you are in. I told the person that we are at the same premises so how can that make a difference. They cut my call. I phoned again and explained the whole situation the consultant that answered my call said that it depends who ordered the device first (once again to my surprise). I asked for a manager to assist me as each consultant tells me that the system is not working properly. I hold for the manager for more than 1 hour and once again a different consultant took the call to assist me. My details was taken down so that a manager could contact me. I received a call and the quality was bad. I dropped.

No Response since. This is BAD SERVICE.
