After being a loyal absa client for more than 10years and paying interest every month on
my overdraft and penalties.
absa out of the blue blocked my account seizing all my available funds and blocking the acc WITHOUT consultation or any communication.
I explained to some consultants telephonically that i was in a bike accedent in dec leaving me paralized in my left arm. this has put me under extreme financial, emotional and physical strain. absa consultants have bad attitudes and handled me like a with absolutely no regard for my current circiumstances.
I am a valued customer and a Platinum member of Absa. This is how I am being treated!!

very unhappy and want Service from absa that i deserve.
