FNB transactional delays and false balances

I have been with FNB for over 2.5 years now. I was happy with the service until approx 4 months ago, when FNB started delaying transactions going off my account. Now I am consistently going over drawn, my available balance is never true and totally unreliable! I am get charged for being in negative balance which happens so often now I am almost permanently overdrawn. Recently I went overdrawn R1700! How is this possible? I have no overdraft facility! Transactions from weeks ago taken off my account and still going off. How can I manage my money when my available balance is constantly incorrect? All FNB can say is the merchants are doing their banking later. This does not help me, I am paying money for THEIR services, I rely on THEIR technology and for a correct available balance on my account. How can my available balance say I have money to use then send me overdrawn by R1700? FNB have become unreliable, inconsistent money grabbers who wont take responsibility for their useless technology and banking systems yet rather blame it on the merchants and charge us for going overdrawn. One very disgrunteld switching to another bank that actually works!!
