PATHETIC service for home loan application!

I Have banked with FNB for more than 5 years and had a wesbank vehicle loan and paid it well but when i needed FNB the most all i got is really FNB. I applied for a home loan with fnb, they declined my application while other banks considering my application. They are prepared to look at an 85% loan provided that I accept the rate that of 14.45%.

The rate is very high and I am not sure this is the best way forward and I think I'm going to start banking with other banks... I'm jumping ship with my accounts.. Just hope Nedbank finalize the deal with me then they have my account.

Its shame how i even convinced my fianc? e to move from Nedbank to FNB then it turn out in the hour of need Nedbank is willing to help.

FNB should change its slogan to how can we not help you after so many years as a loyal customer.

Disappointment with FNB.
