I have had this policy to cover my car for almost 2 years now and I have never claimed anything before. When I opened the policy I clearly stated to them that me and my husband will be both driving the car often. My husband had an accident last month with the car, number 1- it took them forever to investigate only to say to us they wont pay because my husband was driving the car. Fine, I will contest the outcome in court if need be. Number 2 - they tell me to go pick up my car at the scrap yard as it was written off. When I try to call the number they gave me, it doesn't go through. I called the insurance throughout the week, ended up having 5 different numbers that were not working. I finally asked to speak the manager on Friday who managed to give me the correct number. I call the scrapyard, they tell me 1st for women has not given them the letter to release my car. Its Monday today, they still havent bl00dy sent the letter. If you refuse to fix my car, WHY NOT RELEASE IT SO I CAN FIX IT MYSELF AND I CAN MEET YOU IN COURT afterwards??

When will I fix my car if you keep stalling??? Its been way over a month since the accident.
