I have a household policy with 1st for women, that includes cover on my and husband cellphones, now 1st for women is turning around saying, my policy does not cover the cellphones, and now i have to wait 7 working days, for the to listen to the calls. when there is less than 5 calls, why will it take 7 working days? I feel they are trying to opt out of paying out.By frustrating me, today, i was sent from pillar to post, just to be told this. I just want them to take responsibility for their mistake and not try to push the blame so they dont pay. My husband is currently without a business phone as he was mugged.
