Standard Bank
They do not care what the magistate approved

I have done a credit check just to find out Standard bank has put a Judgement against my name because they were unhappy with the amount that the Magistrate of the court approved. They said its too little and they wont except it. Yet what the magistrate says is law not the bank. This all happened while i was under debt review. The debt review counselor did sort it out they reduced the penalty on my car but still left the judgement? Why? Because they can probably. I remember seeing something similar on carte blanche... they were probably definitely refering to this bank if I had the same issues. I've only had bad experiences with this bank and have heard the same from a couple of other people. I dislike complaining but hopefully someone else reading this might learn from my mistakes.
