I cancelled my quicksure policy after insuring with a new party, BUT the premium kept going off my account, and now even multiple times in one month. I received notification via sms that the policy was cancelled effective 31 Jan, but a further 7 premiums went off my account since then, not counting the amount of unsuccessful withdrawals!! When approaching the call centre, they blame the broker, but THEY are taking money from my account non stop!!! There is no-one else you can speak to, and as a result of this I may not get my bond approval, and end up on the street! Because its not a debit order I cant simply stop payment, I have to close my account to stop them my money! We are at R2000 already! DO NOT TRUST THEM!
