Reversal requested for incorrect tranfer of funds

On 21 April I transferred funds from my home loan with cellphone banking and transferred it to an incorrect account in error showing as a legal credit card a/c. It was supposed to be transferred to my cheque account. On the 22 April I went into the FNB branch in Port Elizabeth and completed the "recalls and reversal form" which they faxed through for me to the fax number stated on the paperwork and then gave me a fax confirmation sheet which stated that fax went through ok. The fomr stated that the process will take 7-14 working days. After nearly three and a half weeks I phoned the number on the form on the to request why reversal not done yet. They stated that they never received the fax from the 22 April so I then sent them an email on 13 May to the email address stated on the reversal form and attached the fax confirmation page and the form completed again. I received a reference number from them. I have emailed them tice for feedback with no response and also now the phone number on form has changed as per voice message received and when phoning the new number advised from voice message it rings a few times and then gets cut off. My frustration is due to lack of feedback.
