ABSA increases limits behind client's backs

So i received an sms today that my credit card limit has been increased on the 17th of April, what a shock! ABSA firstly today is the 19th, after 2 days you decide to let your "client" know that you make decisions on their behalf and without their permission! i then phone the complaints line to get a useless reference number & get transferred to yet another voiceprompt. Problem is ABSA is that your stupid 10 min voiceprompts won't help me without entering my card no. LOOSE YOU VOICEPROMPTS & SCRIPTS ABSA and start treating your clients like human beings, everything you do is unpersonal because you just can't obviously handle it. So after a few hours and multiple voiceprompts i am sitting with a useless reference number which will probably go into cyber space, increased credit card limit and complete frustration! I will be closing my accounts as I feel this relationship is not mutually beneficial anymore! Put your clients first ABSA and leave the fancy nonsense out! you always treat your clients like it is their fault, all i need is basic explanation from a normal person without pressing 1, 2, 3, 4, 5... and then secondly i hope you have a good reason why you didn't ask my permission!
