CCD COURIER NOT DELIVERING CAR AND LYING

To Whom it may concern

CCD couriers have contacted me 3 times to deliver my card. Not once did they arrive within our agreed meeting time. I am on the road allot, this is crucial. I spoke to my receptionist, she informed me that they never arrived to deliver my card.

I called them to find out what the story is, the operator at the call centre told me that I wasn't available at the agreed meeting times. This status put to my account is absolute gargage. I made myself available for 3 days in a row. Not once did they pitch up at the agreed time and according to my receptionist they didn't arrive at all.

I would like this to be resolved by someone who can hold someone accountable to their blatant... Clearly this is a case of people not doing what they are paid to do. They taking chances.
