Waiting nearly a year for retirement fund transfe

Since last year July, I have been transferred to several different consultants and departments and no one can advise where my money has been transferred. I contacted the customer care and they were not able to assist or provide a manager's contact details so that I can escalate and resolve a simple query. Where has my money gone?
