I received a call out of the blue... I thought what now? It can only mean trouble when the bank calls you I thought! Instead, I was pleasantly surprised, when the call centred around "saving me money" and improving fiancial cash flow. It was only a few days from receiving the call (from Shimona) to concluding the required transactions. Her service has been excellent, fast, efficient and more importantly added value to me!!
