Still awaiting feedback as promised

I did receive a call from a Bayport agent Thato and I thank him for that, but he sent me information that doesnt belong to me. I did bring it to his attention and he contacted me and promised to send correct information of which I am still waiting for.

I did make him aware that the letter stating I have a contract with them must also include the monthly contribution of all previous months.
