Standard Bank
My bank account was emptied

I reported transactions 0n 31/12/2013 (case # 354523) to STANDARD BANK and followed up with another 4 calls to the department and to date have not received any calls about this. I have spent money calling from Cape Town to Jhb and I find this situation totally unacceptable. I have trusted STD BANK with my money and STD BANK have allowed to empty my account, going over my DAILY limit and also NOT RECEIVING any calls from my bank checking if I am the one emptying the account from another country.
