I noticed that my Pick n Pay Multiplier points had still not been added to my Pick n Pay card for use and so I sent an email to Discovery asking how many points would be allocated and by when. Two simple questions right! Not having heard from anyone I telephoned in and spoke to Craig. No he expalins, we had a systems problem and points wont be allocated for another week. Okay I thought. TODAY i get an email from Tracy Such who answers nothing, and then sends me a copy of the points multiplier brochure - like??? Tracy is NO asset to your company and ANSWERED NOTHING WHICH WAS ASKED! She did not mention that you had a problem in allocating points - so who is lying her or Craig? You decide but in the interim when will the cycle close and how many points will be awarded. I replied to her :
What a poor response to say the least!!
"... because the cycle hasn't closed yet".
1) Perhaps you could have inserted when the cycle will close
2) Then someone is lying because when I phoned in I was told that there
was a problem with your system and as such there will be a delay in allocating points
So which one is it?

Please don't send me a brochure it is not what i asked fo
