Nedbank takes your money, and still list you?

I've got a Nedbank personal loan, I've got 5 months left to pay, and in the last 4 years never skipped a payment! I've signed a debit order, and there have never been an issue with the debit not going off at the end of the month,

At the end of Feb my debit order went off as normal, but then 2 weeks later I received am sms saying that i'm behind on payment for Feb? So I went to Clearwater Mall Branch, and they couldn't help me, they said the system show everything as normal, and that I should phone the loans department. End of March my debit went off as normal, and I received a call saying thank you for payment, and when I inquired they said that my account was never in the rear and all is paid.

On Monday I applied for a new rental lease, and was informed that I was listed as a slow payer by Nedbank personal loans.

When I did my own check through Transunion its shows that I was listed as a slow payer and that my account was more than 30days outstanding by Nedbank?

So when I phoned the loans department I was informed by Teboho that Nedbanks system is working 100% and he cant help me, and someone will phone me to sort this! I'm still waiting? I want this removed from my name! Now!
