Umpteenth time Discovery dont pay rebates

If i had a R1 for every time i had to follow up on the healthy food rebate i could travel the world!!! They short paid the rebate payable on 7 August. I sent them proof of slips they didnt take into account. They acknowledge that they are wrong and tell me this will be added to the rebate due on 7 September. 7 September comes and goes - and up to 29 September i still havent received my September rebate!!! Never mind my rebate still due. Phone them - yes i should have received a rebate on 7 September - but to my utter amazement they again have cocked up that rebate. Again send slips through. So sorry for inconvenience - will be resolved as soon as possible - thank you for your patience... HUM. Discovery dont advertise all your rebates and then not pay them. I am due September rebate, additional August rebate and additional September rebate - you have all the slips and for three weeks have promised it all and delivered stuff all. GET IT RIGHT!!!
