Call centre agents not explaining processes

I took up a loan with the bank & it included the credit card & sometime in 2012 I have asked for rescheduling of my payments & the agent did not explain the implications of the action however in October 2012 I requsted to go back to the normal instalment. In December I called the centre & told them that I need to use my credit card since it was deactivated when I was on rescheduling & the agent told me that they will only activate it if it is fully paid. I settled the the amount & called them again to say its done & they told me that it will be activated in the next 5 day which I waited & it was not done then I went to a branch (lifestyle Centurion) were the lady told me that she will send a request & will let me know in 3 days time & after that I received an sms saying the request was declined. 3 days ago I called the Brooklyn Branch to get an explanation & the lady told me that she will send a request & will let me know by today however last night I received an sms saying your request has been declined & gave the number to call for more info & when I did this morning the lady explained the implications of rescheduling & only now I get to know their process. i'm very disappointed
