Your reply was not one hundred percent correct. Rudaiba said to me that she would see if she could get the refusal changed and would get back to me which she never did! This is pure victimization! I would like the CEO of Discovery insure to confirm if they went through what we did that they would be satisfied with this level of service not to mention the refusal! I think not! Discovery has not managed to look at the fact that we had no claims for a long period before nor any other details! I am not satisfied and now request the CEO - highest possible person in the company to respond to this query! I was told that Discovery would not turn me down after spending an hour on the phone Linden. I specifically asked him if it would be worth my while to go to the effort to get the information and that I did not want to do it if it was just to be turned down and I was assured that it would not. I cannot and will not accept a mere letter of apology in this matter! Where is the equality and fairness of Discovery who are supposed to care? No care has been taken here what so ever! Nor fairness nor service! I await the highest response to this matter urgently!!
