Terrible, dishonest service

Good day

I am extremely upset at MandF and Avis. Not only do I get woken at an inappropriate time, at about 7 in the morning, outside of working hours, the vehicle provided is totally inappropriate, and totally contradictory to my conversation with Mutual and Federal (Ricardo), where I specifically requested an automatic, (as is my vehicle).

extremely insulting to a client.

please remedy the matter asap.
